Nominate a Speaker
At TEDxMileHigh, we search year-round for brilliant thinkers and accomplished doers to perform on the Mile High stage. Presenters have included maverick thinkers and doers, big-time athletes, risk takers, entrepreneurs and innovators, humanitarians and creative performers. In addition to seeking out known names, we also seek out emerging artists, scientists, entrepreneurs and thinkers, introducing them to the community well before they hit the mainstream. Our 2011 presenters included Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, General Gene Renuart, former Commander of NORAD, Casey Sheahan, CEO of Patagonia, and Dr. Allen Lim, former Director of Sports Science for Team RadioShack.
If you know someone who belongs in the TEDxMileHigh 2012 lineup or if you belong yourself, please complete the Speaker Nomination Form below. Tell us why this person/you are well matched for the TEDxMileHigh stage. The deadline for nominations is March 15, 2012 although we recommend submitting your nominations as soon as possible, so that we can research them carefully and make the best decision on the speaker roster. Nominations submitted after March 15, 2012 will be considered for future events.
Please note that if asked to submit a formal application speakers will need to respond to 10 questions to be considered. Also, TEDxMileHigh isn’t a typical conference. The TEDxMileHigh audience has high expectations of the speakers and the TEDxMileHigh Program Team works with all presenters well in advance of the conference to help shape a presentation that will succeed on stage. We are here to help you deliver the talk of your life.
